The episode of Bepannah begins with Zoya returning to Mumbai. Her father asks her to not go and that she is making a big mistake by doing so but in vain. Zoya says that she needs to rebuild Yash's failed business.
Zoya reaches Mumbai and gets perplexed looking at the crowd. She tries to search for Yash's house and comes across a bridge where she sees a man sitting on the extreme edge. She thinks he is about to commit suicide and pulls him. Zoya is shocked to see Aditya. Aditya scolds her for constantly interfering in his life. He calls Yash a cheater. Zoya asks him to keep quiet and cries. Aditya says that it's the last time they are meeting and turns to leave. Zoya sees a car at full speed come near and pulls Aditya.
She says that they are destined to meet. Further, Zoya goes to Yash's house and recollects her memories with Yash. Aditya's parents talk to each other and blame each other for Aditya's miserable state. Aditya's mother talks to his mother in law and asks her to help Aditya as he only listens to her.
Zoya hides from Yash's sister as she enters the house. Aditya gets into an argument with his brother who acts protective towards him. Aditya gets annoyed and rash drives his car. He hits Zoya by mistake.
