The episode of Bepannah begins with Aditya leaving Zoya alone at the terrace. She gets a call from an intern and realizes that her battery is completely drained.  Wasim is seen sitting next to Noor when she is sleeping and he realizes of being harsh towards her because of Zoya's mistakes. Zoya's mom consoles him.

Zoya is stuck at the terrace when it starts raining. She asks for help. By that time everyone leaves the wedding venue. Zoya's mother-in-law asks Mahi about Zoya and tries calling her after seeing the weather.

Zoya hallucinates Yash standing at the terrace and remembers her time with Yash. Aditya too dreams of Pooja but remembers her and Yash's affair. Noor plans to leave the house and hides as soon as she sees her father. Noor exits the house and feels guilty of leaving her mom and dad. She sets towards Mumbai. Aditya gets a call from Zoya's mother-in-law who is tensed. Aditya says that Zoya is fine and hangs up.

Zoya is fully drenched. Aditya goes back to the venue and finds Zoya in a bad condition. Aditya takes her to the hospital holding Zoya in his hands. Aditya remembers what he did to Zoya. He blames himself. He follows up on Zoya's health with the doctor. Zoya is kept under observation. Aditya goes to see her. He tells Arjun to make sure that Zoya doesn't come to know of him getting her to the hospital.

Zoya's mother-in-law and Mahi reach the hospital and ask Arjun about Zoya. He tells them that she is in the ICU. Zoya wakes up and Mahi tells that Arjun saved her life. Zoya asks him that how he got to know that she was on the terrace. Her mother-in-law taunts her and says that they did well to her only because of societal pressure.
