The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira worrying about a message from the stalker threatening to harm Kartik as he forced Naira to go to the police station. She trembles with fear. Kartik asks her to calm down and gives the stalker's number to the cyber station. The next morning, the police catch a person as the stalker. Kabir thinks of how he trapped the man under his criminal activities.

The man pleads innocence. Kartik gets mad at him. Naira and Kartik further inform the family about the stalking experience. At night, Naira feels someone trying to keep a watch on her. She wakes up out of fear. Kartik calms her down. Kabir tries to peek into Naira's room but Shubham suddenly catches him in action. Kabir realizes that Shubham is heavily drunk. Further Naira and Kartik romance with each other.
