The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira and the police surrounding Kabir. They are almost about this catch him but he runs away. Naira's nail scratches his neck as he escapes. Kabir gets angry at Karthik for ruining his meet with Naira. He says that he would seek revenge soon. Later Naira goes home and hugs Swarna.

Everybody tells her not to worry and that the stalker shall get caught very soon. Mansi informs how the stalker can either get scared and not react or else react much worse than before. Everybody panic. In the Singhania house, Kirti and Naksh cry over the unfortunate incident. Kirti hugs Naksh. Naksh blames Naira for the mishap Kirti wonders what is wrong with Naksh.

Kartik decides to eradicate the fear from Naira's mind and asks her to come to the Singhania house along with him to meet Kirti and Naksh. They reach the Singhania house and find everybody trying to make Kirti smile. Naksh sees Kirti's condition and he gets upset. He meets Naira and asks her to go away from the house. Naira tries to defend herself but in vain Kirti overhears the conversation and beams with joy. She hugs Naira and cries. She tells everybody that the miscarriage was destined to happen and that Naira wasn't at fault.

Naira thanks her for helping her out with the problem. Kartik hugs them and Naksh leaves the house and Kirti ask them to give Naksh some time to recover. Meanwhile, Kartik informs about the new plan to catch the stalker. Naira sends a video message on her website declaring of a competition to happen in the dance academy. She announces that the one who wins shall get a chance to dance with her and to perform with her in Paris. Kabir sees the announcement and gets excited to be a part of Naira's life.

Meanwhile, Shubham video calls him and while talking notices the cut-out of Naira's picture behind Kabir. He questions him over the same and Kabir ask him not to overreact and hallucinate. Next morning, Shubham takes Kabir for the audition to be Naira's dance partner. He tells Naira and Kartik of how Kabir is a good dancer and is shy to show his talent. He remembers how Kabir had blackmailed him of helping him out to be Naira's dance partner or else he would expose his drug addiction in front of the family. The audition starts.

The contenders dance with Naira one by one while Kartik, Naira and other family members try and study their body language in order to figure out who the stalker is. Next Kabir is called to dance with Naira. While he dances with Naira, Naira and Kartik unaware of him being the stalker, look around for the prime suspect but in vain. Suddenly while dancing Naira notices scratch marks on Kabir's neck and recollects of how she had scratched the stalker's neck. She joins the dots and figures out out that Kabir is the stalker. She gets shocked and petrified.
