The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with the anniversary celebrations of Naksh and Kirti. Seeing Naira and Kartik participating together makes everyone happy. The family credits Naira and Kartik for the party's success.

Luv and Kush feel happy to see them together. Meanwhile, Swarna reaches the apartment complex. She hears two women talking about Naira and Kartik but does not hear their names. She thinks of surprising Surekha and Suhasini.

Suhasini, Manish, Naitik and everyone else dance at the party. Naira does not dance with them and everyone feels bad. Swarna reaches the resort and starts feeling dizzy. Manish tells Kartik to speak with Naira about the differences and resolve them. Suhasini too tries to talk to Naira about the same.

Manish informs the family about Swarna not coming. Devyaani tells them that Swarna should know of the party. Kartik and Naira come home with Naitik and Dadi. Naira does not see Swarna in the lobby. Naira and Kartik recall their memories and think if they should patch up.
