The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Swarna getting up from sleep worrying for Kartik. Manish asks her to relax. He asks her to meet Kartik. Swarna offers breakfast to Kartik. He doesn't talk to her. She cries and asks him to forgive her. But Kartik leaves. In the Singhania house, Naira also thinks about Kartik but she doesn't understand how to ask about his health.
Kartik asks Luv-Kush whether they spoke to Naira. Luv tells him that Naira has asked him to meet her at 8 pm at a cafe. Both Luv & Kush discuss what Naira told them. At the Singhania house, Devyani feels that Kartik and Naira are lucky that they survived a huge accident. Kartik gets ready to meet Naira and also fears what he would do if Naira goes away. Naira recollects all the things that happened between her and Kartik. Naitik expresses his wish to see Kartik once and calls on Kartik's landline number and Manish picks it up.
Suhasini informs Swarna that Kartik has gone to meet Naira but later Swarna realizes that it was just a dream. Kartik reaches at the cafe where Naira called him for the meeting. He looks for Naira and asks her what she wanted to talk. Naira tells him that she did think a lot about their relationship but she is confused. She says that she somehow has taken a decision that she cannot forgive him.
Naira cries and accepts that she is also was guilty the same time. She asks him to forgive her. Both of them have tears in the eyes. Naira defends herself in the Shubham's case. She cries a lot. Devyani is looking for Naira and Kirti informs her that Naira has gone to park. Naira and Kartik confess their love for each other.
