The episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 begins with Anurag asking Prerna why she  has been trying to avoid him. She tells him that he should maintain a distance from her.

Veena sees both Nivedita and Mohini held at gunpoint. She is shocked. The goons tell them all that they would go as soon as they get what they want. Veena tries to call the police but in vain.

Anurag and Prerna unaware of the goons, are talking to each other. He tells her again that he doesn't know the reason for her marrying Navin but whatever the reason is, he won't let them marry. The goons ask everyone to give them their jewellery. Anurag and Prerna see the entire scene and hide in the room.

The goons threaten Mohini but she refuses to tell them where Anurag is. Anurag calls the police. The goons learn that Anurag has called the cops. When the police arrives, the goons hold everyone at gunpoint and Moloy is unable to tell them anything.
