The episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 begins with Anurag saving Prerna from the goons. The police catches the goons. After the party, Anurag wonders what he will do next as he has no evidence now as his phone breaks. He goes to the window and finds Navin hugging Madhuri. Navin’s understands that Anurag has seen him with Madhuri.
Anurag goes downstairs and confronts Navin. He says that he has seen him tie the mangalsutra around Madhuri's neck. Navin then confesses that Madhuri is his wife.
Prerna’s sister tells her that Anurag is like a real life Prince. Next day, a lady is seen at the bus stop when a thief snatches her purse. Anurag sees this and manages to get back the purse from the thief and offers to drop the worried lady home.There’s a ceremony going on at Anurag’s friend’s place and Prerna is already there. She brings turmeric from the kitchen but falls on Anurag who coincidentally drops the lady to the same house. Prerna apologises and the two share a romantic moment. The lady rells Prerna and Anurag how her husband tried to sell her. Anurag and Prerna are shocked. Prerna ask her to reveal the name of her husband.
