The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira not aware of the accident and feels that something is wrong with everyone and wonders what happened. She repeatedly talks about Kirti and Naksh. Kartik doesn't tell her anything about Kirti and Naksh's accident because he doesn't want her to panic. The Goenkas and Singhanias are tensed for Kirti and the baby. Their family Guru informs them about a bad omen and the families panic on learning about the same.

They perform the Maha Mrityunjay Puja immediately and they pray for Kirti and Naksh. Suhasini is extremely worried about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

After Naira sleeps, Kartik leaves for the hospital to take care of Naksh as everyone else is at the temple. Later, Naira wakes up and realizes that there's no one in the house except Surekha, Luv and Kush.

Naira calls Kartik on his mobile and fears that her nightmare must just turn into reality and gets extremely disturbed. Kartik consoles Naksh.

The doctors look after Naksh's injury.

Naira wonders why everyone was behaving so weirdly. She decides to ask Surekha about it and sort out her worries.
