Naira feels relaxed and receives a message of credit card l transaction done at a hospital. She feels that Kirti has delivered her baby and gets happy. She slips out of the house without informing anyone. She reaches the hospital and is shocked to see Kirti in coma. She thinks that her nightmare has come true and panics.

Kartik sees Naira at the hospital and goes to her. Naira is taken in the Operation Theatre by the doctor as she goes in labour. Doctor asks the nurse to find out more about the Naira since her purse and mobile phone aren't traceable.

Kartik is lost in thinking about Naira and Kirti. The doctor asks him to sign a consent form as both Kirti and the baby are in danger. Kartik is shocked and freezes and Suhasini, Manish, Swarna pray to God.
