The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira is worried about her baby's bag. She gets it but the file is missing. They ask the compounder to give injection but he refuses and asks the file. He leaves and Naira says they will go to the hospital for the injection the next day.

The family members are about to begin with the naming ceremony of the baby. Naira asks Naksh and Kartik to install speakers in Keerti's room so that she can be a part of the ceremony.

Naksh goes and talks to Keerti about their baby who is no more.

All the family members suggest various names for the baby. At the end of the ceremony, Kartik takes the decision and names the baby as Krissh. Naira is shocked as to why did Kartik not choose the name she wanted to keep for the baby. Naksh is surprised by seeing the name. Keerti's hands move as she hears the baby's name.
