The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins with Naira and Keerti talking. Keerti States how she has been feeling restless. She confesses to Naira of hearing Kartik’s voice on her head from the time she was in coma. Keerti says that she feels that Kartik has been apologizing to her.

Naira tells Keerti that she will speak to Kartik and get it sorted. Naira calls to Kartik and asks him whether he had apologized to Keerti when she was in coma and Kartik gets shocked. He is scared that they all will hate him if he reveals Krish's truth to them. Naira suddenly remembers that she had to make a duplicate copy of Krish’s medical papers. Leela offers to go to the hospital to get it sorted. Naira refuses and insists on going on her own.

Leela calls Kartik and tells her about Naira visiting the hospital and says that they should make fake papers of baby and Kartik feels guilty about everything and decides to tell the truth. He records the truth and attaches the audio card to the greeting card to give Naira.

Naksh gets a call from an anonymous person informing him that his child was exchanged in the hospital. Naksh is shocked. Naira visits the hospitals and gets a copy. Naksh reaches the hospital to know more about his baby.
