Naga Chaitanya took to Twitter to thank wife Samantha Akkineni for sharing the trailer of his upcoming Telugu film Love Story that has Sai Pallavi in the lead. After weeks of no interaction on social media and rumours of separation and divorce proceedings, Samantha and Naga Chaitanya have shared wishes and acknowledged each other.
The trailer of Love Story was unveiled on Monday and Samantha gave a shout out to the film calling it a ‘winner’. Although she retweeted Naga Chaitanya’s tweet she specifically wished Sai Pallavi and the film’s team but did not mention or tagged Naga Chaitanya. However, the actor responded to her and expressed his gratitude and wrote “Thanks Sam (sic).”

For weeks now, rumours have been doing the rounds that things are not alright between Samantha and Naga Chaitanya. However, neither of them reacted to the speculations and refrained from giving any comments. The rumours started when Samantha dropped the Akkineni surname from all her social media pages and changed her profile name to S, giving cryptic hints to things going sour between the actors and the Akkineni family.
Love Story is directed by Sekhar Kammula and showcases the journey of two creatively inclined people, who come together with their dancing talent to make a living and fall in love. Love Story is gearing up for theatrical release on September 24. The film also stars Devyani, Rajeev Kanakala, Rao Ramesh and Uttej among others.
