The much awaited trailer of Ajith Kumar’s upcoming film Valimai is here and has managed to break the internet. The trailer has garnered a whopping 1.1 lakh views in less than 15 minutes of being released on YouTube. The film is directed by H Vinoth.
The neatly cut, high-energy sharp trailer of the much-awaited film starts off with a chase sequence that gives away the fact that Ajith plays a cop called Arjun in the film and that he goes after a team of criminals in a move to bust organized crime. The story of Valimai revolves around a young and vibrant gang that seems to target ATM cash vans. The gang believes that their strength gives them the right to take what they want. The gang is led by Kartikeya Gummakonda.

The trailer gives a glimpse of the adrenaline pumping race sequences that the film has in store for audiences and shows Ajith explaining that strength is only meant to protect others and not for oneself.
Valimai is produced by Boney Kapoor and marks his second collaboration with Ajith and H Vinoth. Earlier, the trio had collaborated for Nerkonda Paarvai, which was the remake of Taapsee Pannu and Amitabh Bachchan starrer Pink. The makers have announced that Valimai will open in cinemas during the Pongal holiday in 2022.
