Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda have joined hands for Shiva Nirvana's new film. The two powerhouse performers, Samantha and Vijay, have come together for a family entertainer, directed by Shiva Nirvana. The film was launched today in the presence of the cast and crew.
At the launch event, the first clap was sounded by director Harish Shankar; Buchi Babu Sana of Uppena fame symbolically switched on the camera. Bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers, the project marks Samantha’s second collaboration with Shiva after Majili. Tentatively titled VD11, the film is also going to be the second collaboration of Deverakonda and Sam after Mahanati. The shooting of this untitled film will begin in Kashmir in a couple of days. After completing this schedule, the team will shoot the rest of the portions in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and Alleppey. The supporting cast includes Jayaram Sachin Khedakar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Rohini, Vennala Kishore and Rahul Ramakrishna.
