Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan started a new chapter in their lives on June 9 by tying the know in the presence of family members and close industry friends. The newlyweds visited Tirupati to seek blessings. On Saturday evening, Nayanthara and Vignesh called for a press meet.
In a viral video, Nayanthara thanked the media and fans for showering love on her and Vignesh. She said, "All of you okay? Thank you, thank you so much for coming. Thank you for all the support you guys have been giving us for years. We need it even more now as we are married and stepping into a new phase."
The actress wore a yellow saree and paired it with a blue blouse. She rounded off her look with traditional jewellery and flaunted her sindoor and mehendi. Vignesh was dressed in a grey shirt and blue pants.
Nayanthara and Vignesh tied the knot in the presence of celebrities like Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajith, Atlee Kumar, and Boney Kapoor to name a few.
