Rajinikanth will soon be back on screens with his upcoming film Lal Salaam. The film has now gone on floors. Lyca Productions took to social media to share the news today as they wished fans on the occasion of Holi. A new poster was also released. The film will see Rajinikanth in a cameo instead of a full-fledged role.

Lal Salaam is directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth and stars Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal in the lead. The music is composed by AR Rahman.
On the work front, Rajinikanth is currently working on Jailer directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. It stars Tamannaah Bhatia as the female lead. Rajinikanth is also doing a film with director TJ Gnanavel.
