Actor Hina Khan has put an end to rumors by officially announcing her diagnosis of stage three breast cancer. On Friday, she took to Instagram to assure her fans that she is doing well and that her treatment is underway.

In her statement, Hina said, “To address the recent rumors, I want to share some important news with all. I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I’m doing well. I’m strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease.
