Shark Tank India is back with its highly anticipated fourth season, featuring a fresh lineup of hosts and innovative entrepreneurs ready to pitch their start-up ideas. The show, known for transforming India's entrepreneurial landscape, has begun shooting its first episode, with familiar faces and exciting new additions on board.
This season welcomes comedian Ashish Solanki and YouTuber-actor Sahiba Bali as the new hosts, marking a shift in the show's format. The dynamic duo will take over hosting duties as they guide viewers through the pitches and investments. The official Shark Tank India Instagram account teased the season with a post captioned, “The stage is set! Shoot begins for #SharkTankIndia Season 4, streaming soon on Sony LIV.”
Returning to the "tank" are the Sharks: Anupam Mittal, Founder and CEO of People Group; Aman Gupta, Co-Founder and CMO of boAt Lifestyle; Namita Thapar, Executive Director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited; Peyush Bansal, Co-Founder and CEO of Lenskart; and Ritesh Agarwal, Founder and Group CEO of OYO. According to a press release, additional Sharks will join the panel as the season progresses.
The new campaign slogan, "Sirf Dream Job Nahi, Apne Dream Idea Ke Peeche Bhaagega India," emphasizes the spirit of entrepreneurship, encouraging participants to pursue their innovative ideas and dreams. As with previous seasons, entrepreneurs will present their business pitches to the Sharks, who will then evaluate whether to invest in and mentor these emerging start-ups.
Shark Tank India debuted in 2021 and quickly became a favourite among viewers, offering an exciting platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to showcase their ventures. Season 4 promises to continue this tradition, with new hosts, fresh faces, and a continued focus on turning business ideas into reality.
