It seems Bigg Boss 11 has got the Swami Om of this season a little too soon. Barely a week in the house, Zubair Khan, one of its most controversial contestants is making waves with his statements against Colors TV, Bigg Boss and the host of the show Salman Khan all this after the suicide attempt he made inside the house.
I called Zubair Khan to have a little chat with him to know what everybody was up to in the house. I was not too surprised when he opened a can of worms against Arshi and others.
FYI, considering his reputation (the pervert, like I, always call him) I referred to him as Zubair bhai to be on the safer side.
I have always had anger management issues. I often get into physical fights with people. For a man like me, not raising my hand for a week is an achievement
Here’s what Zubair bhai (rolling my eyes) had to say:
1) Do you regret misbehaving with the women in the house? Especially calling names to Arshi Khan and making Sapna awkward with your Shayari?
Zubair :- Yes, of course, I do and that is why I have always apologized for my actions. I got carried away in anger. I have always had anger management issues. I often get into physical fights with people. For a man like me, not raising my hand for a week is an achievement. There are a lot of things that Arshi told me which the channel did not air, they showed me yelling so that they could peg it around the woman being harrassed angle. I am shocked because these are the same people who then talk about gender equality.
Grrrr….
2) What is happening between Shilpa and Vikas; who do you think is right between the two?
Zubair : - Vikas is the one who is right, Shilpa has found an easy target in Vikas for her frustrations, she is making use of it and venting it out on him to gain popularity on the show. She irritates Vikas on purpose in order to give content to the show. Vikas is a very nice guy and his sexual orientation does not make an iota of difference to my fondness for him. He is way to wiser then Shilpa!
Maine evict nahi hua hoon, I have not been evicted, I have come out on my own
3) What is going on between Shilpa and Arshi; Are they really good friends?
Zubair : - Arshi is no one’s friend. She is a cheap woman with vulgar antics. She has spoilt the entire atmosphere of the house because of the filth she spews. Arshi calculated her move very wisely. She knew Shilpa and Viaks’s history and also knew that because of her cheapness no one would like to associate with her in the house, therefore, she is always with Shilpa. She knew that Shilpa would keep the cameras on her. Wait for some time and you will see how far this friendship goes. Moreover, everybody is here to play a game and so everybody will make relationships that will benefit them.
4) Who do you think will be in the top three this season and why?
Hina Khan no doubt will be in the top three because she is a nice girl and a good player, Hiten Tejwani because he brings balance to the madness and Vikas Gupta as he is not just a nice guy but also because after Shilpa's game is out in open, he will get more votes.
5) Do you think your journey was cut too short and given another week you would have changed the game?
Zubair:- Maine evict nahi hua hoon, I have not been evicted, I have come out on my own.
6) If you had not come out of the house post this pill fiasco, who did you think deserved to get evicted?
Zubair:- Bandgi, because she was barely seen in the first week and Jyoti not only because she didn't do much but also because of her disrespectful behaviour.
7) Why were you carrying sleeping pills in the house?
I have been an addict all of my life. I am charsi who has entered rehab several times. I have had relapses. I was under depression and hence was carrying those pills with me.
I want to meet Mr. Devendra Fadnavis and PM Narendra Modi and propose strict measures to them to handle family disputes like these
8) Salman said that you have the 'Haseena Parker' connection?
Let me make it clear that I have never said anything of this sort. The channel used this for their own benefit.
(Zubair immediately changes his words and goes merrily go round in the next question.)
8) But I remember you talking about an article that changed your whole life?
During my marriage I was told that my wife was an orphan and was kidnapped for almost 4 months, would I be interested in marrying her. I first sought her permission and then got married. There was barely any member of my family who was present at the time of marriage. It was later that I came to know about her family connections. I am just an unfortunate father who is kept away from his kids and his only mission is to unite with his kids. In fact, I want to meet Mr. Devendra Fadnavis and PM Narendra Modi and propose strict measures to them to handle family disputes like these. It should be a win-win situation for both mom and dad. We should adopt measures from the west.
