Ekta Kapoor is back with yet another web series for her digital platform ALTBalaji. After family drama like Kehne Ko Humsafar Hai starring Mona Singh and Ronit Roy and adult drama like Gandi Baat, this time the TV Czarina is coming up with a show that has something in store for everyone. The show is titled Hum and features Kushal Tandon, Karishma Sharma and Riddhima Pandit in lead roles.
The trailer was launched yesterday on YouTube and has already garnered over 60,000 views. We are introduced to its central characters and storyline in the trailer. This is a story of three sisters who come from a broken family are wanting to start afresh. The eldest is sincere, honest and hardworking. She is willing to make sacrifices to keep her family together. The second one is outgoing, free-spirited and fears no judgement. She is the one to take shortcuts when needed and would even create one.

They move to a new city and begin their journey. While everything seems to be going smooth and sweet, something disastrous is cooking in the underbelly of their own lives. Devina, the eldest sister, is convinced that she has found her man, a "sweet and kind" one. Isha, the second one, also believes she has found her catch, a "rich, hot, desperate and sleazy". The two proceed with their men at their own paces.
Just when things start getting serious, they are confronted with the fact that their two love interests aren't different but one person. This is when the sisterhood finds itself in shackles of mistrust and disloyalty.
Will they make mends and find a way out? Will one sacrifice her love for the other? Only time will tell.
