The first season of Amazon Prime Original's Breathe was received countless accolades from viewers across the globe and with the announcement of its second season, fans were eagerly waiting for positive updates on the same. Following the announcement of Abhishek Bachchan’s digital on-screen debut with the second season of the Prime Original Series Breathe, Amazon Prime Video today confirmed that Nithya Menen would play a key role in the sequel that also sees Amit Sadh returning as Inspector Kabir Sawant. The second season of the award-winning show is under production and will be released only on Amazon Prime Video across 200 countries and territories. Nithya spoke about her debut on the digital platform and said she is looking forward to working on the show and believes the digital space to be perfect for her craft. “Breathe is the first Original digital series I’m doing. I look forward to this a lot because this medium is a perfect space for me and I’ve been enjoying myself with this. Breathe offers me such a large canvas to exhibit myself and my work, and it’s immensely satisfying for the artiste in me. The show is being made with high standards and I am absolutely enjoying that,” she said.
