Jacqueline Fernandez is binge-watching crime thrillers to get into the skin of her character for her digital debut 'Mrs Serial Killer'

Jacqueline Fernandez has made her mark in various films like Judwaa 2, Race 3, Baaghi 3, and many more. The actress is making her debut in the digital space with Netflix's upcoming original film Mrs. Serial Killer. The thriller is directed by Shirish Kunder and produced by Farah Khan and is slated to release later this year To get into the skin of her character, Jacqueline is prepping up intensely for the role.

As per sources, she is binge-watching a lot of murder mystery films and has watched crime thriller films like Basic Instinct, Changelings, Silence of the lamb, 7 Khoon Maaf, Seven and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. She is exploring the genre to understand the depths of the character.

Last month Jacqueline shared her look from the film, showing her in a black and white photo with a scarf wrapped around her head and since then her fans are awaiting some more deets on the film. It was earlier reported that Manoj Bajpayee could also be a part of the cast, but the latest statement from Netflix makes no mention of the actor.

Farah Khan had earlier said in a statement that Mrs. Serial Killer will be something that will be apt for the strong content craving audience, not just in India, but overseas, too. On the film front, Jacqueline will be seen in the film Drive which will be releasing this year.
