‘To All The Boys: PS I Still Love You’ stars Lana Condor and Noah Centineo wonder about Shah Rukh Khan’s signature pose as they watch Bollywood iconic romantic scenes

Stars of Netflix’s To All The Boys films, Lana Condor and Noah Centineo got an introduction to how romance is shown in Bollywood. In a new video, they react to ‘iconic Bollywood romantic scenes’. The actors were shown famous scenes from films such as Main Hoon Na, Dil Chahta Hai and Om Shanti Om and were asked to what they felt about Bollywood’s romance. Interestingly, most of the scenes had our very own ‘King of Romance’ Shah Rukh Khan in it.

The four-and-a-half-minute video is replete with some of the recent scenes from films. At the beginning of the video, Noah says, “We know a thing or two about making romantic movies,” and Lana continues, “We hear Bollywood makes romance on a different level.” Then the duo are shown a clip from the song Tumse Milke Dil Ka Haal from Main Hoon Na as well as Shah Rukh’s and Deepika’s Aankhon Mein Teri from Om Shanti Om. Lana is mighty impressed with Amrita Rao’s hair flip and says, “If I did that, I’d 100% crack my neck.” She calls Deepika ‘beautiful’. Although the best reaction in the video comes when they watch Shah Rukh giving his signature 'open arms' pose as he sees Sushmita Sen and they say “Why do his arms keep going up?”

Lana and Noah seem to enjoy the scenes and are left intrigued to find out what happens next. Lana explained her feelings on the scenes and said, “They’re literally showing how these people feel on the inside.” On Amrita’s hair flip, she said, “I almost felt like I was watching a Pantene commercial.”

Finally, Lana and Noah conclude that Bollywood films have a lot of energy and a ton of slo-mo. They seemed to enjoy the overall vibe of Bollywood, but seems unaware of SRK’s charisma. Maybe, Netflix should get them to binge-watch some of Shah Rukh’s iconic films before they capture Lana’s and Noah’s reactions
