The trailer of Dark season 3 has been unveiled by Netflix, and it is as unsettling as any series can ever be. The two-minute trailer sets up the German-language sci-fi thriller’s final season. The trailer gives the viewers what’s in store for them as the series gets darker and full of intrigue in its final season. The trailer speaks of two intertwined worlds, with characters from different times and places side-by-side and facing the same circumstances.
In the trailer, a character asks, "From what time are you?” to which the girl replies, "It's not about what time, but from what world." This is followed by a dark smog engulfing a house. Later, in the trailer, a voice says, "You promised there would be a way to change it all." However, it looks like the characters won't be able to escape their fate. There’s a lot of supernatural; happenings too and the trailer includes the scene where the second season ended which is the universe apocalypse on June 27, 2020 – also the release date of Dark season 3.
Created by Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese, the series follows four families in the fictional German town called Winden, as they try to unravel the mystery behind the disappearance of several children and a common link that ties the same town in 1986 and a local nuclear power plant.
The series stars Oliver Masucci, Maja Schöne, Jördis Triebel, Sebastian Rudolph, Anatole Taubman, Mark Waschke, Michael Mendl, Karoline Eichhorn, Stephan Kampwirth, Anne Ratte-Polle, Andreas Pietschmann, and Angela Winkler.
