The shooting had to stop early on the fourth season of Netflix’s popular hit show Stranger Things due to the Coronavirus pandemic. However, now there is some good news for the fans. During an interview with an online portal, series creators the Duffer brothers revealed that the fourth season will not be the last season as presumed by many.
Ross Duffer said, “Season four won’t be the end. We know what the end is, and we know when it is. (The pandemic) has given us time to look ahead, figure out what is best for the show. Starting to fill that out gave us a better idea of how long we need to tell that story.”

Matt Duffer acknowledged that the time they have had during the quarantine has given them a chance to really hone the story for the current season. He said, “We've had a lot more time to work on the scripts. For the first time, we have all the scripts written and we're able to look at it as a whole piece and make adjustments."
Filming on Stranger Things Season 4 had started in Atlanta but it was shut down due to the OCIVID-19 outbreak. Now, it seems there would be a Season 5 and maybe a Season 6 in store for the hugely popular series on Netflix.
