After the successful first season of Hostages, Ronit Roy is back with the second season. Directed by Sachin Mamtakrishn and Sudhir Mishra, the crime thriller is all set to premiere on Disney+Hotstar on September 9, 2020. Ahead of the release, the makers of Hostages 2 shared the trailer on social media.
Hostages 2 picks up from the point where season 1 ended. It focuses on Prithvi (Ronit) and Dr. Meera (Tisca Chopra). Informing the audience that CM Khushwant Lal Handa (Dalip Tahil) is alive, Prithvi gears up for yet another thrilling adventure. Packing punches and facing odds on his journey, Prithvi is in for a dangerous ride.

Apart from Ronit, Tisca and Dalip, Hostages 2 has roped in a stellar cast including Dino Moreo, Shibani Dandekar and Shweta Basu Prasad. Dino will be seen as the main antagonist in the series.
