Irrfan left behind an indelible mark in cinema with his work. His void can never be filled in Hollywood and Bollywood. The acclaimed actor passed away a month after his film Angrezi Medium released in theatres. 10 months after his demise, the makers of his film, Doob: No Bed of Roses, decided to launch it on the OTT giant, Netflix. The 2017 Bengali-language film is currently streaming on the platform. 

Doob: No Bed of Roses revolves around a filmmaker named Javed Hassan. He goes through a broken marriage and then has an affair with his daughter's friend. The complicated and heartbreaking trailer of the film will surely leave fans of Irrfan teary-eyed.

Directed by Mostafa Sarwar Farooki, Doob: No Bed of Roses also stars Nusrat Imrose Tisha and Parno Mitra. It won multiple accolades at film festivals including the 39th Moscow International Film Festival and Golden Goblet Awards at Shanghai International Film Festival. Reportedly, it is based on the life of Bangladeshi writer and filmmaker Humayun Ahmed.
