Renowned television and film actress Rashami Desai is all set to make her digital debut opposite Tanuj Virwani. Titled Tandoor, the web series will release on the Ullu app soon. While the release date is yet to be announced, Rashami and Tanuj, on social media shared Tandoor's first teaser.
Sharing the teaser, Rashami wrote, "Ek nirdayi qaatil ki haiwaaniyat, jisse sharmsaar huyi thi insaaniyat."Tandoor"" The teaser features a person burning a corpse wrapped in a white cloth. Tandoor is touted to be an investigative thriller.
As per reports, Rashami will be playing the role of Palak, an aspiring politician who gets married to her lover secretly. While she wants to make her relationship official in the media, he doesn't reciprocate her love and she gradually drifts away from him. Soon, she finds love in another man. In an interview, Rashami revealed that the series is based on a real-life incident.
