Manoj Bajpayee as Srikant Tiwari struggles to not be a 'minimum guy' at his new desk job in The Family Man 2's new teaser

The buzz around Amazon Prime Video's The Family Man 2 is fast attaining astonishing proportions. The sequel to the 2019 smash hit, The Family Man, it is easily the most awaited by viewers for close to two years now. Ever since the announcement of the sequel, fans have been weaving their own stories on what happened post the events shown in Season 1. And now, with the release of The Family Man 2 trailer, the hype has reached a fever pitch. 

Recently, the makers of The Family Man 2 released another video. In the clip, Srikant Tiwari (Manoj Bajpayee) gets annoyed at his new desk job, especially because of his boss who always tells him to not be a ‘minimum guy’. Irritated, Srikant asks his friend JK Talpade (Sharib Hashmi) that what does being a 'minimum guy' mean.

The award-winning Amazon Original Series is created by Raj and DK. It marks the digital debut of South superstar Samantha Akkineni. The Family Man 2 also stars Sharib Hashmi, Seema Biswas, Darshan Kumar, Sharad Kelkar, Sunny Hinduja, Shreya Dhanwantary, Shahab Ali, Vedant Sinha, Mahek Thakur, Mime Gopi, Ravindra Vijay, Devadarshini Chetan, Anandsami and N. Alagamperumal.

Produced by D2R Films, the much-awaited show will stream from June 4, 2021.
