On Saturday evening, Netflix got fans across the globe together for the first Tudum event. During the three-hour-long virtual livestream event, more than 70 original series and 28 films were announced for the audience to block their calendars. The streaming giant shared teasers, videos, trailers and more. From Bridgerton season 2, Jason Bateman's Ozark season 4, to the first look of Stranger Things 4, Red Notice with Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds, Netflix announced its exciting slate.
Red Notice stars Dwayne Johnson, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds. Dwayne plays the role of FBI Special Agent John Hartle whereas Gal is the world's most wanted art thief Sarah Black. Ryan stars as the world's greatest con artist Nolan Booth. Red Notice will release on Netflix on November 12.
The teaser of Stranger Things 4 takes us to a new location, the Creel House. It is the home of a disturbed person named Victor Creel. However, he is now imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a murder he committed in the 1950s.
An exclusive sneak-peek into Ozark season 4 was shared. Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Julia Garner, Janet McTeer, Tom Pelphrey, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Charlie Tahan, Lisa Emery and Jessica Frances Dukes are returning.
The first teaser of Bridgerton season 2 was unveiled during the event. It hinted that Anthony Bridgerton played by Jonathan Bailey has found love. Simone Ashley plays Kate Sharma. Anthony will try to secure a marriage to her sister, Edwina Sharma (Charithra Chandran), but it seems destiny has some different plan for him.
During Netflix's Tudum event, it was confirmed that Chris Hemsworth's Extraction will be getting a second season. A teaser was shared.
The first look of The Sandman was also dropped along with Cobra Kai's date announcement video. Sex Education has been renewed for season 4 whereas Enola Holmes and Emily in Paris are getting their second seasons. The Crown season 5 will be streaming from November 2022.
