After the super successful first season of ZEE5's Never Kiss Your Best Friend, Nakuul Mehta and Anya Singh have reunited for the second edition. Directed by Harsh Dedhia, Never Kiss Your Best Friend Season 2 went on floors today. 

Nakuul announced the commencement of the show on his Instagram account and wrote, "Can't keep calm! We begin filming of another season of #NeverKissYourBestFriend to answer the quintessential question that everyone is dying to know: Can you be friends with your ex?" He shared pictures with his co-star Anya.

In June 2020, ZEE5 came up with a special series titled Never Kiss Your Best Friend-Lockdown Special starring Anya with Zain Imam. It also featured Jaaved Jaaferi, Niki Walia, Annup Sonii and Juuhi Babbar Sonii.

Never Kiss Your Best Friend premiered on January 22, 2020. The first season revolved around the tale of Tanie and Sumer. It is about how a kiss changed the dynamics of their relationship. The web show was based on Sumrit Shahi’s best-selling novel of the same name.
