Netflix 'greenlights' second season of superhit Korean drama Squid Game; first teaser out

Korean drama Squid Game was a superhit on Netflix. After the unprecedented success of the show, the OTT platform has greenlit its second part. On Sunday, the first teaser of Squid Game 2 was released on social media. 

Netflix's short teaser featured an animation of the animatronic doll that made an appearance in the first season. The caption read, "Red light GREENLIGHT (sic)!” The doll’s one eye also flashed the number two.

Squid Game premiered on Netflix in the second half of 2021.
