On Saturday, Netflix announced an array of titles releasing on the OTT giant in the next few months. At their global fan event, it was a day loaded with exclusive news, never-before-seen footage, trailers, and first looks, as well as interviews with Netflix’s biggest stars and creators.
Tudum, from the United States and Europe, was hosted by Jamie Foxx and Millie Bobby Brown. She unveiled the exclusive look at Enola Holmes 2. It also stars Henry Cavill and David Thewlis. Enola Holmes revolves around Sherlock Holmes' sister who becomes a detective like him but with several twists and turns.
Adjoa Andoh and Golda Rosheuvel from Bridgerton introduced India Amarteifio as Young Queen Charlotte and revealed a never-before-seen still of her in Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. In a Tudum surprise, producer and writer Shonda Rhimes presented a clip from Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story featuring Amarteifio and Corey Mylchreest as Young King George in their first encounter.
At the event, Patrick Gibson, Jack Wolfe, Anna Leong Brophy, Lewis Tan, Ben Barnes and Jessie Mei Li presented the first look of Shadow and Bone Season 2.
On the other hand, the teaser of The Crown Season 5 introduced Princess Diana (Elizabeth Debicki) and Prince Charles (Dominic West) for the first time.
The official trailer of Manifest's 4th season was unveiled by Melissa Roxburgh and Josh Dallas.
The teaser of Jennifer Lopez's The Mother was also presented at Tudum 2022.
The trailer of Naomi Watts and Bobby Cannavale's new limited series The Watcher was released during the global fan event.
Chris Hemsworth presented a behind-the-scenes look at landing a helicopter on a train during the production of Extraction 2 with director Sam Hargrave.
