Ektaa R Kapoor gave her fans a post-birthday gift. The veteran producer announced the return of her popular web series, Broken But Beautiful. This will be the 4th season of the romantic franchise. However, there's a twist. Ektaa announced she has started writing the fifth season of Broken But Beautiful. The fourth season has been skipped as a tribute to Sidharth Shukla, who headlined the previous edition.
Sharing a special video on Instagram, Ektaa wrote, "Had to post this yest! Better late than never! My this year begins with love …and a love story! As I begin writing another story of love longing losing n healing there is I’ll be questions why no season four ! With @realsidharthshukla going there will be no season 4 in his memory n with d belief …. Some love stories don't end they transcend …now writing another love story another season!!!"
Sidharth Shukla was the lead of Broken But Beautiful season 3. His co-star was Sonia Rathee. The initial two seasons were headlined by Vikrant Massey and Harleen Sethi. The show was received well by the audience.
Sidharth passed away on September 2, 2021, due to a cardiac arrest at the age of 41. He is survived by his mother and sisters. Sidharth, a renowned actor, bagged Broken But Beautiful 3 after winning Bigg Boss 13.
