So what you can't reinvent but you can definitely redesign it, and call it yours. Well, that's what most of the Indian designers are busy with. They are unapologetically borrowing ideas, shapes, colour, and designs from the West or their fellow colleagues.

However, thanks to fashion police Diet Sabya we just found a desi twist (or in other words #Gandi #Copy) to Gucci's revolutionary rainbow glitter dress from Spring/Summer'17 collection designed by Shahin Mannan. The anonymous Instagram account has reportedly exposed many designers in the past.

The dress is from Shahin Mannan's 2017 collection which he named Rainbow insect dress. And it wasn't just the dress, he used the same pattern in his black sweatshirt too.

Recently, Bhumi Pednekar was spotted donning the black dress with the rainbow glitter pattern on the yoke from Shahin Mannan. Although, the actress is slaying in the dress styled by Sukriti Grover who accessorized the outfit with Christian Louboutin black heels. We wonder how they didn't notice the pattern that is heavily inspired by Gucci.

Well, guess what? Now they know.
