Not a long time ago, Deepika Padukone created waves with the trailer of her much-awaited film Chhappak, based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Yesterday for the film’s premiere event Deepika showed up looking like a million bucks and of course, her husband Ranveer Singh was no less either!

Styled by Shaleena Nathani, Deepika brought oodles of shine, shimmer and glitter to the event with her scintillating Sabyasachi drape. It’s a seldom occasion when we see DP pulling off a shimmery drape, but when she does, be prepared to be stumped. oh boy, bling so bright we are blinded by its light! Not taking her usual route Deepika paired her sequined Sabya saree with a pair of dainty drop dangler and regal kadas from the designer’s jewellery collection to go with her look.
Opting for kohl-rimmed smoky eyes and a gelled back wet hairdo, she kept the makeup edgy and grungy to go with her look.

Styled by Nitasha Gaurav, Ranveer, on the other hand, opted for a suave look in a navy blue suit from Corneliani. Colour co-coordinating, are we?! A fancy tie and shiny Salvatore Ferragamo shoes completed his attire.
