The ten-day sartorial extravaganza that was Cannes Film Festival 2022 concluded yesterday and oh boy, what a fashion fest it was! Concluding her jury duty and descending on the red carpet for one last time this season, Deepika Padukone made our jaws drop with her ethnic look.

Ditching Sabyasachi and Louis Vuitton for her last red carpet appearance, Deepika exuded celestial grace in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla creation. Her ivory-hued drape came with dramatic pleated ruffles and an elegant trail. Adding a dash of glamour to her divine look was her pearl-encrusted bustier blouse.

Giving statement accessories a miss, the diva accentuated her feisty neckline with a spectacular, hand-embroidered, statement pearl collar and a set of dainty diamond earrings.

For the glam, DP chose her signature look with smokey eyes, nude lips and bronzed cheeks. She tied her lustrous locks in a classic bun to complete her look.
