Gauahar Khan is all set to tie the knot with fiancé Zaid Darbar on December 25. Prior to her wedding she has finally shared her digital wedding card with the hashtag #GAZAbkahaiDin. The video reveals about their love story during the lockdown, from how they fell in love to how they finally decided on getting hitched.
The video opens with a cute animated version of Gauahar and Zaid teasing their ‘lockdown love story’ as they bonded over grocery shopping and had dates in parking garages and had long phone calls. The video reveals that Zaid dropped a message for Gauahar that read, ‘you’re the most beautiful woman in the world’. The video shifts to a few of their ‘garage’ dates to finally Zaid proposing her and sealing the deal with a song. The video also hints at their shared love for good food and ends with Zaid taking Gauahar out on a shopping cart.
The card text reads, “What started as a lockdown ritual turned into love at frst beep. Quarantine drives and parking garages is what date nights looked like. No matter the distance, we always foujnd ourselves closer together. And when all words failed, he sealed the deal with a song. We can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives with love, laughter and most importantly good food.”
Gauahar and Zaid will be tying the knot in Mumbai’s ITC Grand Maratha. The betrothed couple was spotted at Manish Malhotra’s showroom in Mumbai and also presented him with their wedding card. Manish took to his Instagram stories to share a glimpse of the card.
