Tunisha Sharma suicide case: Co-star and accused Sheezan Khan demands home-cooked meals, family visits and medicines during judicial custody

TV actor Tunisha Sharma’s ex and prime accused in her death case, Sheezan Khan, who was sent to 14-day judicial custody today has filed for some petitions. The actor has demanded home-cooked meals, medicines, visits by family and exemption from cutting his hair while in custody.

Sheezan’s lawyer submitted an application in which it was cited that the actor suffers from serious asthma and requires the use of inhaler on a daily basis. The accused’s counsel also stated that being the only adult male member in his family, Sheezan needs to meet his family and lawyers to help him take decisions. A request of home cooked meals and exemption from cutting hair was sought as he is an actor and require to maintain certain look for his onscreen characters.

Sheezan was arrested on the charge of abetment of suicide as Tunisha, his co-star and ex-girlfriend from TV show Ali Baba: Dastan-E-Kabul died by suicide on the sets on December 24. Sheezan was arrested on December 25 and later sent to two days police custody.

After being presented at the Vasai court today, Sheezan’s judicial custody has been extended by 14 days. Tunisha’s mother Vanita Sharma and uncle Pawan Sharma have also leveled several accusations against Sheezan and alleged that he was seeing other women while in a relationship with the actress. Vanita also alleged that he used to consume drugs.
