Raveena Tandon and Oscar-winning music composer MM Keeravaani were awarded the fourth highest civilian award, Padma Shri. On Wednesday, they received the award from President Draupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah were also present.
For the prestigious ceremony, Raveena wore a golden saree and teamed it with a black blouse. She completed her look with jhumkas and a neat bun adorned with gajra. Raveena's husband Anil Thadani, daughter Rasha and son Ranbir were present at the ceremony with her.

Sharing a video from the ceremony, Raveena wrote on Instagram, "Thankyou all for the love and honour. Thankyou for your blessings papa, mami and mom."
MM Keeravaani was dressed in a black kurta and grey pants for the ceremony.

Apart from Raveena and MM Keeravaani, late businessman and producer Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, singer Suman Kalyanpur and Tabla maestro Zakir Hussain were named for the Padma Awards.
