Bhumika Chawla has revealed that she was the first choice for the role of Geet in Imtiaz Ali’s Jab We Met which was later essayed by Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Bhumika said in an interview, “The only time I felt bad was when I signed Jab We Met and it didn't happen. I was the first one, Bobby Deol and me, when it was called Train. Then, it was Shahid Kapoor and me, and then Shahid and Ayesha Takia, and then Shahid and Kareena.”

She also said that she was cast in Gracy Singh’s role in Munnabhai MBBS but was replaced.
