Jeremy Scott recently bid goodbye to Moschino as he stepped down from his position of the brand’s Creative Director. After nearly a 10-year successful run at the Italian fashion house, the designer is ‘proud of the legacy’ he is leaving behind.

"These past 10 years at Moschino have been a wonderful celebration of creativity and imagination," the designer said, in a statement. "I am so proud of the legacy I am leaving behind." The designer also hinted that he has another chapter waiting for itself to write and he cannot wait to share it with his fans.

Known for his out-of-the-box, themed collections like the SS21’s puppet fashion show, Jeremy brought in a lot of playful sensibility to the brand. Thanks to the designer’s ability to inject pop humor into his collection, Moschino became an instant favorite amongst celebrities. Yes, we are talking about Katy Perry’s 2019 Met Gala Hamburger dress and Miley Cyrus’ “I had nothing to wear so I put on this Moschino dress,” tee amongst many other things.

Aeffe S.p.A. Chairman, Massimo Ferretti thanked Scott in his press statement. "I am fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with the creative force that is Jeremy Scott. I would like to thank him for his ten years of commitment to Franco Moschino's legacy House and for ushering in a distinct and joyful vision that will forever be a part of Moschino history," Ferretti said.

We can’t wait to see what holds in store for both, Scott and Moschino!
