Louis Vuitton brings on board Zendaya as their brand ambassador, faces flak for unrealistic retouching of images

French luxury brand Louis Vuitton welcomed Zendaya on board as its new brand ambassador. Well, this news was expected sooner or later since the diva attended the label’s womenswear show in Paris as a front-row guest.

On Friday, the luxury fashion house unveiled the pictures of its newest brand ambassador modeling the brand’s iconic Capucines bag. Looking spectacular as ever, the diva was styled by her long-time stylist Law Roach, who quite recently announced his retirement from styling. With a scenic ocean in the background, the new campaign features Zendaya in a series of looks- a one-shouldered black dress, a sexy black jumpsuit and a chic white tank top.

Though fans are happy to see her as the face of LV, they are disappointed with the overtly retouching of her pictures. The brand faced flak from netizens for photoshopping the diva beyond recognition. Fans were displeased with the wig too.

So what are your thoughts on this campaign?
