SS Rajamouli’s RRR’s leading men Ram Charan and Jr.NTR have become global superstars after the phenomenal success of the film. The film also won an Oscar for Best Original Song for its track Naatu Naatu. Ram Charan, after the historic Oscars win is back in India and recently participated in a media event organized by an online portal. During the event he expressed desire to do a sports film and said that he would like to play former Indian skipper and cricketer Virat Kohli on screen.
During a quick rapid fire round, Ram Charan was asked about a role that he would love to play. Talking about the same, the actor said, “I would like to play anything to do with sport. It's been a long due. Maybe a sports-based film.”
When suggested Virat Kohli’s name, Ram Charan said, “Fantastic, he is an inspiring soul. I think given a chance, it will be fantastic as I look similar also.”
On the personal front, Ram Charan is expecting his first child with wife Upasana Konidela.
