It’s the first Monday of May, (well, sort of) and this calls for a fashion celebration. The MET Gala is here and our inner fashionista couldn’t be any happier. Flagged off on May 1 at 6.30 PM ET, the Oscars of Fashion witnessed an unleashed sartorial extravaganza on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The MET regulars Natasha Poonawalla and Isha Ambani Piramal served glamour on the carpet and we are in love!
No matter the event or the occasion, Natasha never misses to stir up some drama with her looks and the MET being MET was no exception either. For her appearance at the gala, the diva showed up as a glammed-up disco ball in a Schiaparelli couture creation. Her mirror-embellished dramatic number featured spikes which went over her shoulders and was cinched at the waist thus accentuating her hourglass figure. With her outfit screaming drama, Natasha dialed down on the glam front with perfectly winged eyes and a sleek ponytail.
Keeping things elegant as always, Isha looked every bit stunning in a sari gown designed by Prabal Gurung. The black satin crepe was accentuated with whole lot of bling added in the form of thousands of crystals and pearls and the flowy added a touch of grace to the entire outfit. Adding some more sparkles to her look was her statement neckpiece and those delicate earrings. Complementing the bedazzling fit was her dewy glam with blushed cheeks, glossy lips and tresses styled in soft, romantic curls.
